These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Krovos platform operated by Krovos LLC ("Krovos," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using Krovos, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Krovos is a Life Navigation platform that helps users understand their situation across every life phase and identify next steps. The platform builds your Life Profile, maintains your Life Engine, and generates your personalized Life Report.

Krovos is an informational tool. It is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, tax advisor, or legal advisor. Nothing on Krovos constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a licensed professional before making significant financial decisions.

Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Krovos. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Subscription and Payment

Krovos Core is available for $15 per month or $149 per year. Founding member rate of $12 per month is available to the first 100 subscribers and is locked for the life of the subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and information you upload to Krovos. By uploading content, you grant Krovos a limited license to process that content for the purpose of providing the service to you. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide.

Trademarks

"Krovos," the Krovos name, and the Krovos logo are trademarks of Krovos LLC. These marks may not be used without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, logos, and brand names referenced on this site or in the app are the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Krovos to upload false or misleading financial information; attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the platform's security; share your account with others; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Krovos is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information generated will be accurate or complete. Life Reports are generated by AI and may contain errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Krovos LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of Krovos after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
